A collaborative four-phase process with clear checkpoints.
The site's workflow is designed to keep the creative process personal and methodical.
You hear the song at the moments that matter, and approvals happen before the next major step.
Phase 1 - No live call required
Initial lyric draft
The first lyric draft gives the project a clear starting point. You review it through
platform messaging and can approve, clarify, or request changes before composition begins.
Lyrics and melody shape each other, so some lines may shift during composition, but the
agreed ideas and language stay anchored to your approved direction.
Phase 2 - VTC #1
Composition scaffold
The scaffold is a rough but emotionally useful version of the song's structure, melody,
and mood. On the first live call, we listen together and confirm tone, tempo, style,
and overall direction before deep production.
Phase 3 - VTC #2
Demo and guaranteed reset point
The demo is the main creative checkpoint for arrangement, pacing, energy, and feel. If
the song is fundamentally heading the wrong direction, one full production reset is
guaranteed here using the approved lyric direction.
This is the moment for broad creative redirection. It prevents avoidable friction late in the process.
Phase 4 - VTC #3
Pre-master review
The pre-master is the final mix before mastering. On the third live call, we review the
audio, thumbnail image, standard lyric sheet, and illustrated lyric sheet if purchased.
Only minor tweaks happen at this point before mastering and packaging.
Why this is different
You are not ordering a song from a black box.
Buyers are part of a guided studio process with structured checkpoints. That makes the
work more trustworthy, more personal, and much less likely to miss the emotional point.
Calls and timing
Three live reviews at the moments that matter.
Live video calls happen at scaffold, demo, and pre-master stages. The simpler tier is
designed to move in roughly one to two weeks, while immersive story projects usually
land in the three to four week range.
